The OCS is a high voltage transmission line built over the electrified rail as “Z” shape for pantograph to collect power. The OCS is the main structure of the railway electrification project, and it is a special form of power transmission line built over the railway line. It consists of contact suspension, support device, positioning device, support column and base.

Rigid OCS mainly includes "π" shape busbar plus contact line, "T" shape busbar plus contact line, third rail contact rail, etc.

The rigid OCS was originally used as an alternative product of the flexible OCS in the tunnel, which significantly reduced the space occupied by OCS and reduced the construction cost. However, because of its rigid property, the impact loss with the pantograph strip increased, and it is easy to cause arcing and further increase the loss of the pantograph and OCS.

20Fiber has the design and production capacity of the traditional rigid OCS, and the patented product "shock absorption rigid OCS" will be in application soon.

This “shock absorption rigid OCS" comes from a large number of research and experiments, it improves the structure and material of existing rigid OCS products so that the elasticity is increased, the relationship between the OCS and pantograph is improved, arching is reduce and service life is prolonged.
