1. The rated voltage of the motor is 220V and 440V. Other levels of voltage can also be derived as needed.

2. The excitation mode of the motor is other excitation.

3. At the base speed of the motor, it is allowed to run according to the maximum operating torque specified in the technical data sheet for 60s.

4. The current change rate (di/dt) of the motor can reach 200-250 times the rated current per second. If (di/dt)>250 is needed, it can be resolved through negotiation.

Structure:

1. The base of the motor is an octagonal thin steel plate lamination structure, which has the advantages of high stator space utilization, compact internal structure, small moment of inertia, light weight, and suitable for thyristor power supply.

2. All motors are equipped with compensation windings, so that the motor has excellent commutation performance and overload capacity.

3. The insulation grade of the motor is F grade and treated with solvent-free vacuum pressure dipping paint (VPI). Winding insulation has good insulation properties and mechanical strength.

4. The commutating sheet is a vertical plate integral structure, and the vertical plate and armature coil are connected by tungsten inert gas shielded welding (TIG).

5. The armature core adopts a chute structure, which can effectively reduce vibration and noise.
